The bamboo planting project was jointly undertaken by PamCham’s Infrastructure and Bamboo Propagation committees, headed by Infra Directorate head Director Bong Mah and Bamboo Committee Chairperson Ms. Myrna Bituin, respectively.

Further interventions such as seminars and trainings on Bamboo Propagation and Management, its income generating potential as well as its capability to maintain and sustain the ecological balance of nature, shall be undertaken by the committee to enjoin farmers in the surrounding Barangays to plant bamboos in the entire community.
